**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Specialist/Book keeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. You will also be responsible for book keeping duties such as writing checks, matching distributor invoices, payouts, etc.
**Duties:**
- Manage employee data and recruitment processes through Homebase and Gusto.
- Manage book keeping such as tracking payments, paying distributors, filing invoices, etc.
- Assist in training and development initiatives for employees.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations and workers' compensation procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
